Richard Keyte is the founder and Principal Consultant of StrataPro Pty Ltd, an independent advisory practice serving the Australian strata management industry. StrataPro provides Virtual CFO and strata accounting services, Urbanise and technology support, best-practice operations and mentoring, and independent financial health checks for strata businesses of all sizes.
Richard’s career spans more than three decades across strata, finance and senior management. As Senior Strategic Account Manager at Urbanise, he built strategic partnerships across Australia and New Zealand and founded The Strata Breakfast Club.
As Deputy Branch Manager and Branch Manager at PICA Group, he led a team of 19 strata managers across a portfolio of more than 23,000 lot owners. Earlier roles include State Manager at Neighbourly, General Manager – Communities and Licensee in Charge at Clublinks, and Chief Financial Officer at the Port of Hastings Development Authority, where he helped scale the Authority from two to thirty-five staff.
Clients value Richard’s blend of operational depth and financial discipline. He combines hands-on strata expertise with the controls mindset of a CFO, helping strata businesses lift service standards, tighten compliance and grow profitably. He is known for plain-spoken advice, structured workflows, and a focus on developing the people inside the organisations he works with.
Richard is an SCA Accredited Strata Service Provider and a Business and Strata Mentor. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT, completed the CPA program in 1995, and holds a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management. He previously acted as the Licensee in Charge in NSW.
